The Alliance for Mental Health, comprising of the Malta Association of Psychiatric Nurses, the Richmond Foundation, the Maltese Association of Psychiatry and the Mental Health Association, presented a Position Paper on Sunday 9th October 2016 proposing a reform in the mental health sector.
Horatio and MAPN are happy to announce that the 4th European Festival of Psychiatric Nursing will be an accredited event for all delegates.
The event will contain all the things that have made the festival so popular with delegates in the past, and we have even managed to reduce the price a little, remarkable given that it is being held in May (conference time in Malta) and is three years on from the last event. Come and join is at what is set to be a great celebration both of psychiatric and mental health nursing and our partners in mental health care.
Download the Registration form by clicking here and follow the instructions on the form.
For further information e-mail [email protected] Festival for Psychiatric Nursing will be held between Thursday 11th and Sunday 14th of May 2017.
The actual number of units offered for the festival will be calculated closer to the event itself.
So, for those of you needing to attend an event that offers accreditation, here is a great opportunity to come to something special and get your CNME points.

Whilst this will be the third time the festival has been held in Malta (and this will also be the last time) it will be in a new location and a new venue.
This edition’s theme will be “Working in Partnership” as we are aiming to have an event in which all professionals working in the Mental Health field will be able to contribute.
As in previous editions the Festival will incorporate an array of arts, culture, music and typical Maltese hospitality.
